Write ONLINE with acclaimed journalist, teacher and story coach Jacqui Banaszynski during this workshop through Madeline Island School of the Arts. This workshop will be held live on Zoom where students will have the opportunity to interact with Jacqui and other students.

Students will explore techniques that weave literary creativity into true stories through fieldwork, in-class exercises, shared reading and peer critiques. Jacqui will offer techniques to help diagnose students’ unique writing patterns and meet with them one-on-one to coach a story in progress or build a future writing plan.

A meet-and-greet gathering will take place prior to the workshop where students will get to know their fellow classmates and instructor. Once enrolled, students will receive detailed instructions on how to access the workshop through Zoom. Technical support will be available 72 hours before the start of the workshop. 

All sessions will be recorded and available to stream 30 days after the end of the workshop.
