For Dan's Plein Air Painting Workshop:
Dan’s palette: cad yellow, yellow ochre, cad orange, cad red, burnt sienna, burnt and raw umber, perm aliz crimson, mineral violet, cobalt blue, french ultramarine, cobalt turquoise and neutral tint (Windsor Newton, Holbein, Daniel Smith or comparable quality)
Saunders Waterford 140lb rough  (loose quarter sheets (approx 11x15) and half sheets (approx 17x22)  Rough paper is important to his technique. Watercolor block paper is ok.   Also for workshops bring a Sketchbook!!

A large and small quill mop brush are a MUST for larger washes, (sizes vary by brand,  Escoda Aquario 14,18, or a cheaper option is Silver Atelier Squirrel Quill 40,60 both brushes available from
 #'s 10,12,16 Escoda Perla synthetic pointed round brushes. NO FLATS

1 inch width masking tape, light support board to affix paper to, small bucket or cup for water, watercolor palette with large mixing areas, pocket tissue, small sponge, 7mm mechanical pencil, lightweight watercolor easel (if you have one for painting outdoors)
