Write ONLINE with memoirist, professor and former rock star Laurie Lindeen during this weekend workshop through Madeline Island School of the Arts. This workshop will be held live on Zoom where students will have the opportunity to interact with Laurie and other students. Before the workshop, Laurie will email a questionnaire to each student about their goals and offer to review up to 25 pages of students’ work-in-progress.
Students will be given writing prompts, participate in group discussions, and be provided with concrete guidance to assure the success of their personal project. Laurie will meet one-on-one with each student for pointers on how to keep the mojo flowing. Expect results, guidance, meaningful feedback and a few laughs along the way!

- Meet-and-greet - 6pm - 7pm CST
Saturday, January 16th
- Morning session - 10am - 11:30am CST
- Afternoon session - 3pm - 4:30pm CST
Sunday, January 17th
- Morning session - 10am - 11:30am CST
Follow-up INDIVIDUAL session with each student - Date, TBD by Laurie and student
Meet-and-greet gatherings take place prior to the workshop where students will get to know their fellow classmates and instructor. Once enrolled, students will receive detailed instructions on how to access the workshop through Zoom. Technical support will be available 72 hours before the start of the workshop.
All sessions will be recorded and available to stream 30 days after the end of the workshop.
